21st November 2024 - Novice AV Spaniel Trial at Parsonage Farm.

Well another good Kintbury Gundog Club trial although very cold. I would like to thank the Judges Simon Jones & Steve Brankin, the helpers Simon Goddard, Karen Pinker, Adrian Bundy. Alasdair Murdoch for allowing us to use his land , Roddy who managed the day. Skinners for supporting the club with there sponsorship it’s greatly appreciated. The people who ran there dogs at the last minute enabling the trial to go ahead.

The trial was challenging for all due to being so cold the birds 🦅 were tucked tight in the hedgerows. All the dogs had to work hard for a flush, however,

most succeeded. There were a lot of very good dogs running today they definitely needed a little bit of luck. Well done to the only Cocker that ran today. Congratulations to all in the awards.
